We understand that, aside from suffering the health ramifications of a serious injury, you will be faced with resulting financial stresses and losses. We want to take as much burden off you as possible. Your initial consultation is free and will allow us to get acquainted with your particular case, explain our fee structure to you, and provide an overview of what you can expect.

Our fees are based on a Contingency Fee Agreement and our contingency fee percentage is 33%. This means that you will not have to pay anything until we resolve your case, either by reaching a settlement or going to trial, and that no money will be required up-front for fees or disbursements in order to pursue your claim.
