Samiya Ahmad

Samiya Ahmad is a partner at Zayouna Law Firm.

Since her call to the bar, her practice has almost exclusively been dedicated to representing injured parties involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability incidents, and criminal assault matters.

She has conducted countless mediations, case conferences, pre-hearings, hearings, and arbitration proceedings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario.  Samiya also regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice.

In her free time, Samiya enjoys travelling, watching obscure documentaries, writing novels, and attempting home renovations and interior decorating.
