Mark’s illustrious legal career is underscored by a myriad of accomplishments. Admitted to the Bar in 1982, Mark embarked on his professional journey by specializing in insurance defence litigation, where he garnered invaluable trial experience.

Transitioning to a firm specializing in general litigation in 1986, Mark expanded his repertoire to encompass a diverse array of legal fields. From real estate disputes to commercial conflicts, contractual complexities to franchise litigations, and beyond, Mark’s expertise knew no bounds. He navigated through estate matters, collections, wrongful dismissal cases, employment disputes, professional malpractice claims, construction conflicts, and fraud allegations with unwavering proficiency. Mark’s legal prowess extended to criminal and provincial offences, solidifying his reputation as a multifaceted litigator.
