Bruce D Day

Bruce D. Day is an associate and Senior Trial Counsel at Zayouna Law Firm.

He maintains a varied practice, representing claimants in matters of Personal Injury Law, Disability Law, Employment Law (Wrongful Dismissals), Professional Negligence, and Family Law. Within the personal injury field, he represents claimants in Third Party matters concerning Motor Vehicle Accidents, Occupier’s Liability, and Medical Malpractice.

Bruce has acted as trial counsel in a large number of civil, family and criminal trials, including jury trials before the Ontario Superior Court. He has also appeared on cases before various Administrative Tribunals, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Zayouna Law Firm, Bruce was a sole practitioner for 13 years, primarily practicing in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal, civil and family litigation. He then joined a prominent Toronto law firm, where for 20 years, he continued his litigation practice in the areas of personal injury law (representing plaintiffs and defendants), employment law, family law, and corporate commercial litigation.

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys travelling, motorcycling, golfing, downhill skiing, and relaxing at the cottage.
