Articling Student Program
Zayouna Law Firm provides students with comprehensive and practical hands on experience that prepares them for the practice of law. Our students are exposed to interesting and complex files and receive dedicated mentoring from our lawyers. Students at Zayouna can expect to attend motions court in a variety of matters, appear independently at Examinations under Oath and conduct mediations under the direct supervision of our lawyers.
Students will gain experience in all areas of insurance law, including both accident benefits and third-party claims. Students will take an active role in all aspects of case preparation; including communicating with clients and insurance companies, conducting legal research and drafting pleadings.
